余剑英，男，生于1963年7月，博士生导师，二级教授。

长期从事道路建筑材料、建筑防水材料、固体废弃物循环再生利用、有机/无机功能复合材料的研究。发表SCI论文200余篇，出版专著3本，获得国家发明授权专利50余项。在国内外重要国际会议做特邀报告十余次。主持国家重点科技研发、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金等科研项目30余项。
